Rebirthing Breathwork offers a deeply supportive space to release, and reconnect with yourself.

I offer one-to-one rebirthing conscious connected breathwork sessions in Crawley and online, designed to help you move through stress, emotional blocks, and inner tension, coming back to your natural state of clarity, calm, and connection.

As I complete my professional 2 year training with Air School of Breathwork, I am offering reduced fee sessions. This gives you access to one-to-one breathwork support at a lower investment than standard market rates.

What is Rebirthing Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Rebirthing Breathwork is a guided breathing practice where the breath flows in a continuous, connected rhythm with no pauses. It works directly with the body and nervous system, not just the mind.

Through this process, rebirthing breathwork can help you:

  • Regulate your nervous system

  • Access deeper awareness and insight

  • Reconnect with your body and breath

This practice simple, natural and often deeply powerful.

Choose from online breathwork sessions from the comfort of your home or in-person sessions in Crawley, West Sussex. Online sessions are just as powerful and allow you to fully relax in your own space. They are also offered at a lower rate than face-to-face while I complete my training.

What Happens in a Session

Each session is gently guided and includes:

  • A check-in to understand where you are

  • Explanation and support with the breathing technique

  • A full conscious connected breathwork journey

  • Space to rest, integrate, and reflect

You don’t need any prior experience, you will be supported throughout. Breathwork is a powerful complementary practice, but it is not a replacement for medical care, therapy, or mental health treatment. It works as a stand alone practice or on conjunction with talking therapies and other care.
