I offer counselling and psychotherapy in Crawley and online, where I provide a supportive, confidential space. Here, we can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace and with appropriate challenging. You do not need to have all the answers or the right words, if you struggle to feel or articulate, counselling and psychotherapy can still work for you just as well with my approaches.
Counselling tends to be for short term, temporary issues where you might need tools to handle something difficult better. Psychotherapy tends to be longer term work that addresses the underlying issues behind patterns of thinking, feeling, behaving and relating in to others.
My approach integrates Transactional Analysis with somatic exploration, creating a holistic way of working that supports both mind and body.
Whether you’re looking for in-person counselling in Crawley or prefer the flexibility of online therapy across the UK, sessions are tailored to meet you where you are. Both options offer a safe, consistent space to explore what’s going on for you. If you are outside of the UK sessions may still be possible (excluding the USA) so please feel free to enquire.

Working somatically allows us focuses on the connection between the mind and body. Many of our experiences (especially stress or past emotional pain) are held physically in the body. It can give light to younger parts of you that may not have the words to be understood but can be reached through somatic exploration.
By bringing gentle awareness to bodily sensations, breath, and nervous system responses, we can:
