Please note that rates for Rebirthing Breathwork & Supervision will increase upon completion of clinical hours needed to gain my diplomas. If you join me before qualification, the increase will be discussed case-by-case to prevent disruption to your sessions & progress.

For counselling online, if you feel you would benefit but are struggling financially, please ask if there are any concessionary rate spaces available. I offer 6 at a time at £45 (online only). After which, full rate every-other-week sessions may be offered, depending on availability. Any questions, please raise these in our initial, free, 15 minute call.

My fees are designed to reflect the depth, care & professional experience offered within each session. Therapy is a meaningful investment in your mental and emotional wellbeing, & I aim to provide a space that feels safe, supportive & tailored to your individual needs.

Sessions are available online or in Crawley, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle and comfort. Each session provides dedicated time to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace, whether you are working through childhood trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or issues around self-esteem.
