Hi, I’m Nicola, a psycho-therapeutic counsellor and trainee breathwork practitioner supporting people to better understand themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. Together we can nurture resets of your nervous system, unconscious beliefs and the drivers that really sit behind the challenges you face today.

My work is grounded in Transactional Analysis, a therapeutic approach that helps us explore patterns in how we think, feel and relate to others. By bringing awareness to these patterns, we can begin to make more conscious choices and move towards healthier, more fulfilling ways of being.

I have 7.5 years of training under my belt in mindfulness with Breathworks, psychotherapeutic counselling (level 6 / degree level) working with children and young people, in rebirthing breathwork with Air School of Breathwork and in clinical supervision. I am in the process of completing the last of my client hours to gain my supervision diploma and hope to complete my 2 year Rebirthing Breathwork diploma in November 2026.

I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where you can explore whatever you’re facing, at your own pace. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply curious about yourself, our work together is about building awareness, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. You can expect gentle challenges and support as we navigate the process of change.

I am very passionate about bout supporting people who have felt different, excluded, or 'othered' and creating a space where all parts of you are welcome and understood. This can be a feeling of not belonging to your family of origin, being a part of the LGBTQ+ community, having ADHD or having a general sense of not belonging without knowing why. I work with many people with ADHD and from the LGBTQ+ community.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m enjoying my own breathwork journey, spending time with my family and looking up the next place I can enjoy free-diving or snorkeling.
